By purchasing any service, class, program, or membership, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and policies presented at checkout or outlined in your client agreement. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for memberships, programs, classes, or services. In most cases, purchases may be transferred to another individual or credited toward a future offering, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled start date. Requests made within two weeks of a program or class start date are not eligible for transfer or credit. All transfer and credit requests are subject to approval and must be submitted in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (including videos, courses, downloads, and branding) belongs to Monique Arnaud Derouen LLC and is protected under intellectual property laws. Do not duplicate or distribute without written permission.
